To keep your coffee beans in Perth fresh & tasty, there are a number of protocols that our Perth coffee roasters recommend following. Firstly, we can’t stress enough the importance of keeping your coffee beans in a cool, dry and airtight container. Light, air & moisture are all common culprits that’ll rob your coffee of its flavour. Generally speaking, if best practices are followed, your coffee beans should still be fresh around 4-6 weeks from their roast date.
